Masterpiece AVS ships nationwide through authorized logistics partners.

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days
• Upper Egypt: 3–7 business days

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or minimum order thresholds.

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number and link to follow shipment progress.

Customers must ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability may incur re-delivery fees.

Customers should inspect the package upon receipt and report issues immediately.
